Frequently asked questions


How do unframed/framed prints arrive?
The unframed prints are placed in a self seal polythene bag for protection. The framed prints have glass for protection and arrive ready for hanging.

How will the jewellery arrive?
Jewellery will arrive either in a display box or a bag depending on which piece you have chosen.

How will my item(s) be packaged?
In lots of bubble wrap, cardboard, brown paper and tape. We will do everything possible to ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition. Other methods of payment We currently use PayPal. We also accept UK cheques and bank transfers. Please contact us directly to arrange this.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We can ship internationally.

How much will postage cost?
This depends on what you have purchased. It is calculated automatically, by weight. This is based on Royal Mail standard fess. The total amount will appear on screen before you finalize any payment.

How long will it take for my purchase(s) to arrive?
We will ship your items within 48 hours of your order (excluding weekends or Bank holidays). Royal Mail estimate 2-3 working days for delivery within the UK, and 7-10 days for international orders.



Can I track my order?
Unfortunately not at the moment. We will e-mail you when we have dispatched your order. If your order hasn’t arrived within 4 days (UK delivery) or 11 days (international delivery), then please get in touch.

What if my purchase arrives damaged?
Although this is very unlikely, we will replace any damaged items free of charge. Just send us photographs of the damage within 10 days of delivery.

I’ve bought an item as a gift. Can you include a personal message?

We are happy to do this, free of charge. Please let us know what you’d like it to say.

Do you sell gift cards?
Not at the moment. But we may introduce this in the future.

I am an artist, and I would like to exhibit my work on your site. How can I go about this?
We are always on the lookout for new artists. See our contact page for details on how to get in touch. Send us some photos of your work, or else post us a couple of samples. We’ll contact you as soon as possible.
